Project files recovery
What to do if you’ve lost your project files: A step-by-step guide
Losing important project files can be a nightmare, especially when deadlines are looming. But fear not, as there are steps you can take to recover them. Here’s what you need to do:
- Access the Ticket System
The first step is to log in to our Ticket System using your username and password. This system serves as a hub for all support-related inquiries and actions. - Create a New ticket
Once logged in, create a new ticket with the subject line “I lost my project files.” In the ticket description, provide details about the project in question, including the approximate date of the order. The more information you provide, the quicker we can assist you. - Await support agent response
After submitting your ticket await a response from one of our support agents. They will review your request and guide the next steps.
Important considerations
Cloud storage timeframe: Our cloud storage retains project files for 30 days following project completion. After this period, files are archived on our internal server.
Cost of file recovery: Retrieving project files from our cloud storage incurs a fee of $50. However, if the project was completed over a year ago, files may have been purged from our internal storage, requiring a new project request.
Losing project files can be stressful, but with the right approach, recovery is possible. By following these steps and reaching out to our support team, you’ll be on your way to accessing your files and getting back on track with your project. Remember, timely action is key, so don’t hesitate to reach out as soon as you realize the files are missing. Stay organized, stay proactive, and let us help you navigate through any challenges you encounter along the way.
If you find yourself unable to navigate the situation independently and require assistance, the experienced specialists at Dweet Design creative agency are ready to help you. Submit your inquiry through the Ticket System, and our agents will guide you on timelines, scope of work, and pricing.
