    The first step is to log in to our Ticket System using your username and password. This system serves as a hub for all support-related inquiries and actions.
  2. Create a New ticket
    Once logged in, create a new ticket with the subject line “I lost my project files.” In the ticket description, provide details about the project in question, including the approximate date of the order. The more information you provide, the quicker we can assist you.
  3. Await support agent response
    After submitting your ticket await a response from one of our support agents. They will review your request and guide the next steps.

It’s important to note that we only release project files if the ticket is created from an account registered with the client’s email. If you’ve changed your email address, you’ll need to either activate a new account or update the email associated with your current support center account.

Important considerations

Cloud storage timeframe: Our cloud storage retains project files for 30 days following project completion. After this period, files are archived on our internal server.

Cost of file recovery: Retrieving project files from our cloud storage incurs a fee of $50. However, if the project was completed over a year ago, files may have been purged from our internal storage, requiring a new project request.
